Kathryn Kinisky, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in the field of Individual and Family Counseling for over 10 years. She earned her Masters Degree in Counseling at the State University of New York at Albany in 1993. She got her early training at Parsons Child and Family Center where she developed an interest in working with adolescents and their families. She also enjoys working with adults and her Specialties include anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma and a focus on developing healthy coping strategies. Her goal is to create a warm, safe and comfortable environment in which to work through life's challenges, mental health difficulties and relationship issues.
Kathryn is also passionate about the arts and is a professional violinist and member of the Schenectady Symphony Orchestra and the Willow String Quartet.
